Privacy Policy - Logistec/TTS Resident Agent Service, Inc. takes our client's privacy seriously.  We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information or information necessary to process your applications such as contact info, address, and/or payment information.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anymore, any information provided to us for processing applications or other services will be held confidential and only shared with the necessary parties to provide those services. 

Security Policy - Your payment and personal information is completely secure and safe with Logistec / TTS Resident Agent Service, Inc.  We use a SSL ( secure sockets layer ) software and security certificate to ensure your information is secure.  This software is the industry standard and always keep up to date, it encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

Refund Policiy - Logistec / TTS Resident Agent Service, Inc. does not offer refunds for payments taken for processing permits, filings, and/or applications. All sales are final and non-refundable.  Payment for these services is used to provide these services to our clients and therefore cannot be refunded for any reason.
