2018 BOC-3 Process Renewal Delays
The period for BOC-3 Process Renewals has been extended until all mailed renewals are processed.
Due to recent unexpected events including inclement winter weather and the government shutdown, in conjunction with the holiday season, the ELD mandate, and multiple extenuating factors, Logistec/TTS is currently delayed in the processing BOC-3 Process Renewals arriving by mail. We apologize for this delay, and continue to strive to provide clients with the positive customer service experience they deserve during this time.
As such we have extended the renewal period beyond February 1, 2018, and will not be issuing cancellations or 2nd notices until we have received and processed all mailed renewals.
Logistec/TTS asks that you please bear with us as we work to process the account renewals. Upon completion, we will mail you your confirmation at the earliest opportunity.
