FMCSA Adds Website Update for Efficient ELD Support
It is now easier than ever to get your ELD questions answered.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) recently updated their website to make it easier for users to find ELD support information, as well as email requests for additional assistance as needed.

For general information pertaining to electronic logging devices (ELD) or automatic on-board recording devices (AOBRD), the agency recommends users first view the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section of the FMCSA website.

The FAQs have also been revised to include questions discussing Non-compliant drivers and the the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s Out of Service Criteria, Malfunctioning Automatic Onboard Recording Devices (AOBRD), and Malfunctioning AOBRD extension requests.
