We at Logistec/TTS Resident Agents Service, Inc. wanted to make you – our valued customers – aware on some organizational and transitional issues that we have been experiencing over the past few months.
One, we lost an important member of our team, Casey Williams, tragically to an illness this past August. Casey has been assisting our customers and company for the past 15-years as a consultant & compliance agent. Her passing was unexpected, and we are still mourning the loss of a beloved member of our corporate family. Two, Bobbie Prosser, our Director of Sales and Operations, will no longer be working with Logistec/TTS as of this past month. We are grateful for Bobbie’s 20+ years of dedicated service, and we know she will be missed. However, we are equally excited about what the future holds for Logistec/TTS and its customers. Three, since Casey’s passing, we have re-arranged our department, brought in additional customer service agents, and strengthened our operations and customer service responsiveness.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we manage these structural changes. Above all, please know that our focus remains squarely on delivering exceptional service.
