The Interstate Operating Authority Application Package includes your MC, USDOT, Process Agent Designation/BOC-3 filing with the first-year fee for the required Process Service Program, Compliance and Driver Qualification File templates, and education on state registration requirements, all for only $699.
Logistec/TTS will prepare and submit your application package to the FMCSA once all required materials have been received, along with providing the paperwork necessary to help you comply with federal operating authority requirements.
*Important Processing Notice: Final Operating Authority approval is now subject to the FMCSA’s MOTUS independent identity verification process. While Logistec/TTS provides accurate application preparation and timely submission on our end, actual government approval times are managed by the FMCSA and are beyond third-party control.
