FMCSA to Implement Single USDOT PIN

The USDOT, MC, and MX PINs will be consolidated into one USDOT PIN in an effort to mitigate the problems surrounding access to the FMCSA portal. The new USDOT PIN will eliminate the MC and MX PINs, and will be the only PIN used to access FMCSA systems.
