2013 UCR Registration Enforcement Extended to Feb.1

Enforcement for the 2013 UCR registration year will begin effective February 1, 2013. Due to issues with several states' UCR registration system, states are giving all motor carriers and transportation companies an additional 30-days to comply with its 2013 UCR registration before enforcement and fines are issued.

As an interstate transportation entity, transportation firms are required to keep on file proof of three (3) years of UCR registration receipts, which includes the 2011-2013 registration years.
