2019 UCR Registration Now Open

Notice: You can now complete your 2019 UCR registration. Registration must be completed prior to the April 1, 2019 enforcement date and can be completed here.

After a lengthy delay, states have finally received approval from the FMCSA to move forward with their 2019 Unified Carrier registration pricing changes.

Transportation companies will see a slight decrease in their 2019 UCR costs, which is certainly welcome news in light of a rising insurance and operational cost environment. The UCR filing period is still January through December of 2019, however (due to FMCSA delay), companies will have through the first quarter of 2019 to pay their registration fees.

If you have not already submitted your 2019 UCR renewal, you may do so here.

In order to lawfully operate, you must complete your 2019 UCR registration no later than March 31, 2019. Beginning April 1, 2019, enforcement action may be taken against any carrier or other entity subject to the UCR requirements that has not properly registered.
