New Entrant Audit Failures...Could It Be You?
Starting December 16, 2009, any motor carrier that fails to comply with any one of the 16 deficiencies listed by the FMCSA will cause the carrier to automatically fail the safety audit. FMCSA expects that 40% of new carriers will fail the New Entrant Audit under the rule changes for the entrant requirements.
