Texas Permit Requirements Suspended for Winter Weather

Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a disaster for 254 Texas counties in response to extreme winter weather conditions. The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles has responded by temporarily suspending oversize/overweight permitting requirements for vehicles and loads associated with activities necessary to respond to the disaster.
