UCR Fee Increase Proposed...Will It Pass?
On September 3, 2009, the FMCSA published a Notice of Rulemaking on the 2010 UCR Fee Schedule…much to the transportation industry's dismay. The proposed rule stipulates an increase in 2010 UCR fees by about 115% from previous years. The final rulemaking should be made by mid-November 2009. Stay tuned.
